Air Astana is moving to TERMINAL 4

Effective 15th NOVEMBER 2009

 

NEW EXCESS BAGGAGE RATES

Please be informed, that:

From 14 September 2009 we have established new excess baggage rates JSC “Air Astana”
Please click here to download the detailed information included in the attachment.

If there is no excess baggage “through rate” on transit routes, the fares will be applied
as a “sum of the rates” for each sector.

All existing present rates for excess baggage will be not valid after 14 September 2009.

 

WEB CHECK-IN SERVICE ON THE INTERNET www.airastana.com

Web Check-in is available for all KC boarding stations since July 1, 2009.

The main points of Web Check-in are:

You can check-in online from 24 hours to 1 hour prior to departure

You can check-in online regardless of where you purchased your ticket

You can check-in yourself, family, friends (up to 9 people)

To check-in, you need to enter Surname, Board Point and Booking Reference Number

You can select your own seat(s)

You can print your own Boarding Pass(es)

You can proceed straight to Security and the Departure Gate if you have no baggage to check-in

You can drop-off “check-in” baggage at any Check-in counter at the airport

Web Check-in is also possible for Through Check-in of KC flights
